Training rooms differ from many of the other audio visual spaces we undertake in that they will generally have a very specific user regime. Trainers who use these areas will have a particular training style and set of requirements to be able to conduct their training effectively. Unique requirements may include specialist presentation equipment such as document cameras, web casting, question and answer microphone systems, presentation recording capabilities and the like. Many organisations with whom we work will often make available their training spaces for use by other organisations or groups. The challenge is to design a space which not only meets the specific requirements of the training user group, but provides other users or people from outside the organisation with the ability to simply and intuitively use the equipment and services. Training room spaces may cater for a group of twelve people up to one hundred people or more.
